Beef Shares

One deposit. A freezer full of Wagyu.

A beef share is how ranch families have always bought meat — a whole animal (or part of one), custom-processed to your household's preferences, at the best price per pound we offer. You get steakhouse beef for months; we get to raise cattle for people, not commodity markets.

What to Expect
  • Reserve with a deposit — $250 quarter · $500 half · $1,000 whole. The deposit holds your share of the next processing run.
  • Balance is based on final weight — a half typically lands in the $4,500–$5,500 range all-in; a whole runs around $12,000. Weights above are take-home retail cuts, not hanging weight.
  • Processing — cut, vacuum-sealed, and labeled by Walke Meats of Claremore, OK. Halves and wholes are cut to your custom sheet.
  • Timing and pickup — we confirm your timeline and pickup arrangements when you reserve.
